Magdalynne is a partner at ETICA Advocates. She is a real estate and commercial advisory lawyer with over 10 years experience in multi- jurisdictional commercial transactions. She has negotiated both local and cross-border agreements and provides both legal and strategic commercial advise in banking law, insurance law and in oil and gas. Magdalynne has participated in various investment advisories within East Africa where she addressed challenges affecting both local and foreign investors. Over the years she has been involved in the setting up of major real estate projects in the East African region. She is a member of the Uganda Law Society and the East Africa Law Society.
