He heads the firm’s Energy, Real Estate & the Mining Practice. Noah holds a masters degree in Oil and Gas law from the University of Aberdeen. He has a range of other qualifications in business, commerce and social disciplines. He has considerable experience in business and commercial litigation and advice. Noah has participated in several consultancies for local and international clients in the areas of petroleum law, environmental management and general regulatory framework. He has worked in several public and private institutions. He is a member of the Uganda Law Society, East African Law Society, the Energy Institute of the United Kingdom and many other philanthropic organizations. He has been an active participant and contributor in many local and international conferences and seminars on energy, oil and gas fundamentals and regulation.
