Bwogi heads the firm’s disputes practice. He has vast experience in litigation, arbitration, adjudication, dispute resolution and settlements in Uganda. Bwogi has advised the central bank, commercial banks, companies, regional and international clients and investors in litigating matters through trial, appeal or negotiation of disputes/settlements. Bwogi’s capabilities range from corporate/commercial litigation to employment, arbitration and debt recovery litigation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Uganda Christian University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre. Bwogi participated in a secondment at Hogan Lovells as part of the Commonwealth Professional Fellowship. He is an advocate of the High Court of Uganda, and a member of the Uganda Law Society and the East Africa Law Society.
